Sure, season the chicken first, and make sure your pan is hot before you put the oil in.

It is pretty normal for us as Chinese race to use vege oil to pan fried. So it is ok! But I would suggest to add few drop of enzyme into your oil to pan fry u chicken breast 2. Report Abuse
