1997 Chevy S-10 How to remove the oil pan?

Any one have a suggestion on how to remove oil pan to replace oil pump on 1997 s10 2.2 l engine? I had to remove the starter to get to oil pan bolts. Seems a mounting bracket for the starter is in the way of getting the starter out completely. I got the oil pan loose, and can't get it out enough to remove the pump. Transmission housing is in the way. Seems the oil pan won't come unstuck in the back somewhere. Is there any way to remove it without dropping the transmission? Removing the engine is not a possibility. The motor mounts have been released , and the engine has been jacked up.1997 Chevy S-10 How to remove the oil pan?
there is no way to get to the oil pump mounts. Well short of getting an engine jack, I'd say ur SOL. If you have disconnected the motor mounts, starter I don't know what else you could do. the only other option is maybe rent a motor jack from like Auto zone or Pep boys...1997 Chevy S-10 How to remove the oil pan?
