if u have removed all the bolts, the oil pan may be stuck on ...gm uses a very strong silicone to keep leaks from forming...and they don't use hard gaskets in a lot of their engines ...just silicone...u may have to pry pan down...it just wont fall off... after removing the bolts...but do u have all the bolts out? how can anyone on answers know for sure?
if the pan is above a cross member then you have to raise the engine --the crankshaft is in the way. OR the oil pan seal is stuck on ( very likely) and you have to coax it off like slide a thin knife in there and break it free.
If it is above the cross member you will have to jack the motor

up to clear the oil pump.

Is your dipstick tube holding it in place?

Or you might have over looked a bracket of some kind.

Did you pry it loose with a screw driver.

Good Luck b.Jerry30
The gasket will hold it on pretty good.

Try a large screwdriver tap it in between the pan and the block.

then lightly twist your way around the pan - it should come off once the seal is broken.
