I think i found the pan but, unlike most common cars, the Passat looks like I need an allen wrench to take the plug out. I'm wandering if that really is the plug. PS; It is my girlfriend's car so I don't want to take chances lol.Where is the oil pan plug on a 2003 Passat?
No not 10mm. its bigger. around 17mm. its located under the engine under black plastic cover. in the center of the oil pan (aluminum).Where is the oil pan plug on a 2003 Passat?
Yes it is. If I remeber correctly, it's 10 MM.
