Just put the new motor in and forgot to install the oil pump driveshaft. Now i need to drop the pan, and the oil pump to install it.Is it possible to remove the oil pan in the truck or do i have to pull the engine?Can the oil pan on a 99 chevy tahoe be removed in vehicle?

the oil pan should drop out easily. with some it requires the removal or at least loosening of the timing chain cover.
