one of three things will cause this. a blown head gasket, a cracked head, or a cracked block. good luck, but you need to get into a shop to have it diagnosed.
most likely the head gasket is blown or the head is craked is the engine running ruff and is their white smoke coming from the exahust when the run for awhile
Blown head gasket, cracked cylinder head or cracked block. Field strip the motor if you're curious.
