I couldn't figure out why it was leaking until I got under it. The bigger bolts are still in place but the smaller ones are missing. I can't find these answers anywhere on the internet. Please Help!!!What size bolts do I need for my oil pan on a 1993 Ford Escort Wagon 1.9 engine?
I believe that the smaller bolts that run down the sides of the oil pan are 6mmx1.00 about an inch long. Your best bet on finding the exact size of these bolts is to call your local ford dealer and he/she can look them up and may even have them. If the dealer does not have them then you will be able to take the size they give you and go to the local parts store or hardware store and get them.
