On a 97 sable is it possible to chainge the oil pan without moving the engin?

and what would the steps require to do so with minimal wrenching? On a 97 sable is it possible to chainge the oil pan without moving the engin?
Yes. But you do have to remove the starter and starter support bracket, the exhaust Y-pipe, and the torque converter housing splash plate on the back of the engine. Removing the oil pan on that is an easy job and there is no need to raise or move the engine. On a 97 sable is it possible to chainge the oil pan without moving the engin?
loosen the motor mounts and jack or lift the engine a bit to gain access.
